Q&A with our Community Manager

1. What is a community manager? Tell us about your key responsibilities. 

A community manager is the heart and soul of a space! Listing all my responsibilities can take a while, but in a few words, I make sure that our members, visitors and guests are having the finest experience at Entract 127. This involves wearing many hats, sometimes all at once.  

2. As a community manager, what does your day-to-day look like? 

Every day is different, there is no set routine I follow when it comes to my role. Something unexpected can always happen that will dictate how the day runs its course. However, in most cases you will find me talking to tenants, onboarding new clients, setting the stage for our monthly networking drinks, making coffee on our barista machines and mostly having fun at work!

3. What’s your favorite thing about your job? 

First of all, the unique project I’m a part of since we officially opened doors last July. And, of course, developing it together with the team.

I do also enjoy meeting new people and businesses and I’m grateful I can do that through the variety of events we host. It’s great as you get to learn something new each time. What I love the most, though, is the versatility of my role as it provides me with such an invaluable work experience.

4. What’s your favorite thing about Entract 127? 

The history of the building, the amazing transformation it has overcomе, our team dynamic, the community we are forming and solving problems on the fly. It’s a bit more than one I guess :)

5. What is the biggest challenge in your role? 

Being able to please everyone and handle myself well in uncomfortable situations, and still leave work happy and satisfied with my results.

6. When you are not at Entract 127, what are you most likely to be doing?  

Making memories with my family, drinking wine, and speaking Italian. In this exact sequence ha-ha.
